1. Return Policy Overview

At Bilkul Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Important: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products.

2. Eligible Returns

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items on final sale or clearance
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items without original packaging

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Include photos of the product if damaged or defective
  • Wait for return authorization (usually within 24-48 hours)

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed

6. Shipping Costs

For returns:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will pay return shipping
  • For other returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund
